I-Thai was a cool place to check out. The food was interesting, with some creative entrées; the décor was very modern and cool but seemed uninspired.

Intimidating, unwelcoming decor clashes at I-Thai with fabulous food. Menu is mainly Thai, the Italian-fusion influence having perhaps been all but lost over time. Service was surprisingly slow.

I-Thai serves fantastic food in a romantic, minimalist setting. Only half-full on a Saturday night, which is a shame. Wine list is being changed over, which meant many options were not available, and it took 3 goes to get the bill correct. Those glitches aside, would go back as this is a lovely restaurant.

Restaurant was actually closed for the night - we were put into a temporary room with just 6 tables. Not good value for money. Disappointing.

I-Thai is a little gem in the ultra slick Hempel hotel which is decorated more like a meditation/chill out room. Dishes are not extremely adventurous but every one was expertly prepared with a1 ingrdients. Lovely ambience and efficient service made this well worth the visit.

vegetarian options were great, non-alcoholic cocktails are to die for and food was delicious. Staff a bit too inobtrusive though!

The setting of I-Thai is extremely nice especially if you are looking for a quiet dinner/romantic night. Restaurant was quite empty when we went which was surprising for a thrusday night but it is quite hard to find the place so perhaps only those with bookings come...food was very impressive to start with, but the mains were a disaster. we had the veg katsu curry and the green curry. never had such blend thai food before. green curry was bit too sweet and just didn't taste right.

Went to for dinner at I-Thai as part of a birthday celebration. The service started well they were attentive but not too much but as a few more tables started to fill we had to look after ourselves, pour our own drinks and jump up and down to be noticed and with a 12.5% service charge I guess I expected a little more. The food was good but if you are an average eater the portions are small for what you pay.
