A group of 10 wine lovers, we had a great evening at Hostaria dell'Orso. This is a truly top class restaurant: great food, extensive wine list and wonderful friendly service.

Review

Hostaria dell'Orso was our favourite restaurant on a Europe trip. Old, elegant building. Dined upstairs - room was intimate and quiet. The waiters and sommelier were attentive, efficient, courteous and friendly. Food was delicious. Also hors d'oeuvres, petit fours during the meal courtesy of the establishment. Wines per glass meant a bottle was opened. Good value wines too: Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 04 at 40 euros. Relaxing and lovely meal. Error with the bill marred it a little though
