THe service was very good but the praise for Fuel stops there! The ambience, in particular the music, is dreadful! The music is more akin to a poor american diner! and the crowd is a mixture of shoppers with their children and office party casualties! It certainly isnt a 'cool cocktail lounge'! Real shame as the concept works but the reality falls some way short!

Went to the Fuel Bar Sat. night before a show, service was excellent it was very busy and our table was in a dark alcove next to the fish tank - there was a funny smell and when we mentioned we wern't happy another table was found for us straight away even though there were 5 of us and the place was busy. Great place for a meal when time is short.

I had a great night at Fuel Bar for my 30th birthday. The bar upstairs was perfect for my requirements and being able to use the outside balcony on a hot evening was a real bonus. Food smelt nice, but I didn't actually eat there.

Good for a quick dinner with friends - would recommend you stick to the spag bol or pizza as salads were drentched in watery dressing and the lettuce was wilted.

Fuel was prtty poor - a good place for after work drinks but the food was practically inedible - ceaser salad sauce was runny and saturated the whole meal - the spag bol was tasteless and we were sat on a wonky table in the hallway! stick to just going there for messy nights out!

I celebrated my b'day at Fuel Bar upstairs on Good Friday. Even though I had a table booked for 15 people we went outside as the music was much too loud and surprisingly there was still enough space on the balcony. Happy hour is great and the food they served looked very good.

The service was a little slow, although they were quite busy, the food was good and plentiful - would definately come back again, hopefully sitting out in the sunshine next time!

The food at Fuel bar was pretty good value, especially with the 2 courses for £9 offer, but the menu was really limited. The service was adequate and the waitresses friendly, but they were easily stressed and it showed. The toilets were awful tho. Overall, pretty good for a cheap and cheerful lunch.
