Fistral Blu was a great place for a casual dinner. The views must be spectacular during the day, as it is on the edge of the beach. No matter where you are in the restaurant, you can see the view, either through the huge glass windows around half of the dining room, or on the two screens broadcasting live webcam footage. Service was good. Food was delicious, with plenty of fresh fish and seafood on offer. There were also vegetarian and meat options for those not so keen on fish!

Fistral Blu great first impression becuase of amazing view, can watch sun set while you eat. Great menu choice. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food was top notch!

We booked Fistral Blu partly because of its location during the Ripcurl surfing event. It certainly has great views over the beach and the table was fine. Service was prompt and friendly ; the fish was good too. At the end of the meal, however, all of the waitresses seemed to have gone for lunch and we had to sort out the bill at the bar.

I've been to Firstal Blu before & enjoyed it. This time we took friends and the meal was very disappointing. Fantastic views of Firstal Beach alone is not enough for a good experience. The menu was average with nothing jumping out at you, all fish dishes were served with Herb Mash - lacking in creativiity! My girlfriend had mussells as a starter which looked half cooked, we informed the waitress who was going to check with chef - she never came back! Average menu poorly cooked...

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at Fistral Blu. The atmosphere was lovely and I highly recommend the mussels! Starters and mains were all a generous size and we were so full we couldn't order dessert. A very enjoyable experience all round.(found 5 reviews)
