Fat Loaf was a pleasant evening out and the food was tasty. My only complaint is that the menu was lacking in lighter, salad-based dishes. Good size portions.

I thought that the beer selection at the Fat Loaf was excellent as was the cheese platter. The food was good and I am was dissapointed not have tried a couple of bottles of wine from what looks like a good cellar.

the restaurant has contemporary decor but has bad acoustics making it difficult to hear my partner, even though it was not full. The food was very good and in a different part of town would probably get higher score.

Fat Loaf in Sale has good food but the service was slow and not the friendliest. As for the atmosphere, let's just say, go with good company, as you will not find it there!

A nice compact menu, with the 2 course week day menu being great value at £13. Service was relaxed.

We have been to Fat Loaf several times but this was our first visit during the week and dined from the special two-course menu at £13.00. The choice was better than we expected and beautifully cooked. The risotto my husband had was exceptional and I just wish I had had the lamb burger, as when a nearby table was served it looked fantastic with the bowl of fat chips. It has decent house wine and for under £40.00 for a midweek night out, exceptional value for money.

We have used the £13 meal offer several times; each time the menu has changed and we are never disappointed by the quality and presentation of the food. Offers apart, Fat Loaf is certainly a super dining experience one should not miss.(found 10 reviews)
