We went to celebrate my wif'e's birthday on a cold March evening. The hotel was lovely and warm, with a real fire burning in the comfortable lounge. The food was beautifully cooked, the staff adequately attentive, and after two courses we were comfortably full. We'll return soon if we can!

This was my first visit to Faiyhill on a rare trip back to Swansea and was pleasantly suprised. The setup was quite formal but still relaxed and the service was very welcoming. The food was of a high standard, and it was particularly refreshing to see the majority of the menu locally sourced. The set lunchtime menu had good variety and was good value for the price. Will be returning on future trips back to Swansea.

Fairyhill, Fairyhill! If I were you I'd book a room for the night along with your meal because you won't want to leave. First class service from friendly very helpful staff. Food was fantastic, a canapé of Oyster and King Prawn mouse on cucumber. Mains we had Filo pastry filled with game (Pheasant, Quail and Venison) with Mash and Cabbage. Desert, Lemon Tart for me and Dark Chocolate Marquise. Just magic! Beautiful surroundings to walk around after or, just sit back and relax in the lounge.
