Review

Burlington's was a surprise find in the Lake District. Beautiful views over Lake Windermere were expected but a high quality restaurant was not. We had the more expensive menu at £40/person for 3 courses plus 2 tasters. The food was good, as was the service. However, this is not a top class restaurant, rather a very good hotel restaurant and probably the best in the area.

I had a gourmet 7 course dinner at Burlington's and it was amazing. The service was very quick and the atmosphere very relaxing. Overall a great experience!
