I had the pleasure of dining at Beddington's on a Saturday night in Amsterdam. What an experience! From the time we arrived until we left (Jean Beddington helped me with my coat) everything was perfect. The small number of tables, combined with the open kitchen made every minute comfortable and relaxed. The chef's quietly going about their business really made for a spectacular time. The food was perfect, although flavours that are unexpected every dish was special.

The food at Beddington's was unusual and gorgeous! We had a spinich souflé, the steak was cooked and presented nicely, (other items on the menu included pigeon and lots of fish) the chocolate pudding was to die for. Wine list a bit disappointing but the food definately makes up for it!

Beddington's was a lovely place to eat out either as a couple for a romantic dinner or with friends. The food was lovely - I would say good value if you were eating at a similar place in London.

My girlfriend and I had a lovely evening at Beddingtons especially seeing that I proposed and she said yes!!!! The 4 course meal was suberb, the salmon was to die for. We couldn't finish our desserts as we were so full from the previous 3 courses. The service was fantastic and gave us space to celebrate our engagement. If in Amsterdam, I recommend you to splurge a little for an amazing culinary night.

Beddington's is an excellent restaurant. The service is very polite, courteous and informed. The food is beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The chef is very pasionate about everything that she serves including the after dinner chocolates. This is a chic restaurant, comfortably lit, with stylish use of black denim wallcoverings. An excellent choice for a treat, a romantic night out, or a quiet celebration. I think everyone in the restaurant was over 30.

I took my girlfriend out for dinner and we had a fantastic night. The food was wonderful and really interesting (tandoori lamb cutlets to start for instance, which were fanstastic) and the place was really chilled. It is located a little way from the tourist centre of town and was a perfect antidote to the bright lights and stag parties. Cost was 45€ for three and c.55€ for 4 courses which I thought was fine for quality of meal. Setting is quite smart and sophisticated and service fanstastic.

Beddingtons had very friendly and helpful service. Starter and dessert were very good, however the main course beef and noodles was cold and lacked taste. Ambience good and mainly locals eating there. Quiet location.

We had a fabulous meal at this great restaurant. The various tastes and combinations in the food were wonderful. Beddingtons is clearly very proud of its food (as it should be) and we were also given tasters of various flavors that we were curious about . We also marveled at the calmness of the kitchen which is open. The service was perfect .
