Battersea Spice - Battersea Bridge Rd Food was delightful, service quick and friendly with a good sense of humour. Ambience was pleasant although we may have affected other diners (we were quite loud). Received a complimentary bottle of wine and roses for the ladies at the end of the meal. Had a great night.

This restaurant had lovely waiters, yummy food and was very reasonably priced. They even gave us some complimentary Baileys at the end of the meal and they were attentive but not too disruptive. I'm really surprised there weren't more people there on a Friday night but it gave the place a cosier more personal feel.

I went to Battersea Spice on Valentines Day, it was my first time there but I read some reviews and it was highly recommended, they were spot on. It's a lovely restaurant, away from the bustle of clapham junction, not too busy, just perfect for a romantic dinner. The staff were very attentive and friendly but not pushy, they even called me before hand to ask if I wanted a particular table. The portions were good, and food tasty. I recommend this restaurant and will definently be going again.

Battersea Spice. Thoughtful, imaginative use of ingredients. Subtle and different tastes. Tandoori Panneer Tikka was particularly wonderful. Friendly atmosphere. Attentive but not overbearing service. Relaxed and enjoyable evening out.

Battersea Spice did not fail to disappoint. The food was plentiful, hot, freshly cooked and very tasty. The tandoori platter starter was enough for two to share, as was the jalfrezi main. Sag aloo was lovely and neither the naan bread nor poppadoms were greasy. We went quite early and it was not at all busy. It picks up later on. Highly recommended.

We visited this restaurant for the first time. Nice friendly waiters greeting you and seating you at a table of your choice. Service was excellent, really nice polite friendly waiters and the food was excellently spiced, it was very nice, much better than other Indian restaurants in the area. After our food a rose was given for my wife, to top it off we got complimentary drinks by the manager. This is a hidden treasure on Battersea Bridge Road and I will definitely be back again!
