Battersea Rickshaw is situated in an attractive little square very near the river. The interior of the restaurant was very modern and tastefully decorated throughout. For a Saturday night it was really quiet; maybe 5 other tables seated during our 2hr stay. The food was great and presented in a modern western European manner. Service matched the presentation. Portion sizes were great and prices were good. My only issue was the lack of other customers for a restuarant that clearly deserves it.

Great location in Battersea Square with good outlook to street. External appearance from road was smart / modern, matched by pleasantly lit interier with nice dark colours. The food was delicious with good service. Their were several groups / couples dining but not too crowded. Price was well matched to the dining experience. I would happily come back again.

The Battersea Rickshaw is a fantastic curry and good night out. I didn't realize when I booked, but they had a jazz band playing through part of the night. It was rather rambunctious (has been very slow other times we've been) but the restaurant seemed to deal with it well, though we did have to wait a bit too long for each course to come out. Every single one of us finished everything at the table, a rare feat. Highly recommended.

The Rickshaw was amazing! Since the refurbishment it has become one of the best Indian restaurant in the local area. The food was excellent (if a little pricey) and the service was relaxed.

Battersea Rickshaw was a very pleasant experience, with excellent food. The atmosphere is very warm and conducive to pleasant conversations. The food was tasty, not too heavy, but the only comment I would have is the lack of vegetarian dishes, which may be of concern to some visitors. I would highly recommend the restaurant to whoever is looking for great Indian food at reasonable prices in a good atmosphere.

Brilliant food and service, although on the pricey side (£100 for 3 incl. 1 bottle of wine, service not included), shame it's not busier. Very highly recommended!

Battersea Rickshaw is an absolute favourite of mine! Always excellent service and delicious food - both when eating in the restaurant and ordering take away. They even have live jazz on Thursdays! The music was a bit hectic on this evening though, but I love the decor.

Service was great, my glass wasn't ever empty!! Food was full of flavour and bursting with spices. Bit pricey for the portion sizes, although very nice food. Would go again. The Rickshaw signature platter was superb, recommended.(found 10 reviews)
