Barcelona Tapas in Well Court was the chosen venue for our work christmas meal, the portions were rather small considering the amount of people in the party; we got through a lot of bread, veggie and non-veggie got mixed up They were rather cheeky trying to sell us the pricey reserve rioja rather than the house red!

Had a lovely experience, the mood was great, plenty of christmas lunches taking place and the service was up to speed. It was unfortunate that the waiter we had did not speak very good English and we had trouble trying to find out what dish was next or what the dishes contained. Would visit again, but would try the al a carte menu.

Barcelona Tapa Bar was a disaster. The food was terrible and if it wasnt for all the wine we drank we would have left early. Usual trick of charging for service than asking if you wanted to leave some wen you pad. AVOID

I have eaten here before. I never am disappointed. The baby squid and croquetas de jamon are outstanding. we were supposed to be six but ended up as nine for lunch and we were accommodated well. another excellent meal.

The set menu was restrictive as food is usually very good.

we had a department lunch at Barcelona Tapas for Christmas and although we had a set menu it was a great lunch - plenty of food and great for vegetarians. Service was not as good as usual but it was very busy. Would definitely recommend the restaurant as a great place to eat.

A good atmosphere at the Barcelona and we were pleased with the variety of tapas served up with the set menu. The staff were friendly but disappointing to have to send the paella back because it was cold and annoying to then have to ask what’s happened to it after a long wait. Overall, our party of 5 enjoyed the afternoon ambience.

Barcelona tapas was ok but the food was generally fairly greasy adn the paella was not good at all - very greasy with no flavour whatsoever. However, the bill was not overly expensive and it was nice and lively there.

I was really looking forward to Barcelona Tapas Bar y Restaurante, but was rather disappointed: they forgot about 1 of our dishes, there was an oily underside to one of the plates, the garlic on the pepper medley was burnt & we were charged for the bread & oil that they had placed on our table when we arrived (£1.5 & 75p respectively) which i thought was rather cheeky! So whilst it wasn't awful, I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to go there!
