11 Abingdon road is a Buzzy restaurant. the decor is clean and modern and the clientelle are young 30 somethings. So far so good. The restaurant falls down on small helpings, weak service - they served three of the four at out table and forget about the fourth! The manageress was excellent and apologised profusely fo the confusion, offering us free desserts. They are trying hard, but the kitchen need tweeking. A good local and inexpensive restaurant - £30 per head for two courses and no wine.

This is the third time we have eaten at "11 Abingdon Road" and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent, the food well above average and the wine list sensible. The restaurant was very quiet and as a result lacked atmosphere, I suspect that this is somewhere to go at the weekend rather than during the week. When all is included the cost was a bit higher than other restaurants in the same area.

Took a couple of clients to lunch on a friday, although the food was spot on it took quite a while to arrive and we were only the 2nd table to serve in the whole restaurant. I would imagine it would be much better in the evening at weekends and I hope the food would be cooked a bit quicker! - not the place for lunchtime I would say!

We found the experience uneven. The main courses at 11 Abingdon Road were excellent and the service very attentive. However, we did not receive one of our sides. Some of the cheeses were also too cold to capture the full flavor. We'd probably go back if convenient.

Went to the restaurant for a friends birthday, the staff were fantastic very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. The menu at first glance seems to be small but has a great selection and the food we ordered was delicious. Atmosphere was very relaxed and we had a great evening. Worth every penny.

11 Abingdon Road was a long awaited birthday treat. The Dry Martini I had to start with was perfect and the food good but not fantastic. Staff friendly and apologetic for the poor service. The baby crying on the table behind was a little anoying at 10.00 at night
